Biography:
Arian Rahim is a Core Surgical Trainee with a strong academic and educational interest alongside clinical training. She has presented research at national and international meetings, including work exploring workforce diversity and retention within medical training. Alongside clinical practice, she holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education and has designed structured teaching programmes for medical students and junior doctors. Her current interests include surgical training, equity in healthcare, and quality improvement, with a long-term aim of pursuing higher surgical training while maintaining active involvement in research and medical education.
