Biography:
Ayesha Nadeem is a Foundation Year 2 Doctor working in the General Surgery at King's Mill Hospital, Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust. She graduated from Aston University in Birmingham with an MBChB degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership. Dr Nadeem is passionate about pursuing higher surgical training and get involved in medical education. She has contributed to two surgical quality improvement projects and has designed and organised a general surgery teaching programme for junior doctors. She is preparing to present her work at a conference and aspires to continue advancing in her clinical practice, research, and education.
