Biography:
Katherine Birt is a 4th year Graduate Entry Medicine Student at Swansea University, UK, with a previous degree in Biomedical Sciences (BSc) from Cardiff University, UK. She has a keen interest in surgery and aims to pursue this as a career. Whilst at medical school, She has led student medical societies, developing opportunities for students to get hands on experience when learning surgical skills.
