Biography:
Nirmani Widanage studied Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine Rajarata University of Sri Lanka and graduated as MBBS in 2016. She then joined Ministry of Health Sri Lanka and provided service to the Sri Lankan Healthcare Sector for 7 years working at multiple tertiary care hospitals in Sri Lanka. She received the Membership of Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2023. After one-year she moved to the United Kingdom and started working as a clinical fellow in General Surgery at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust in Nuneaton.
